Sean Duffy
Duffy's DumbAxe
Original Author:
Steve Wagener
Sean Duffy ran his campaign using commercials claiming he had a lumberjack heritage and he was going to take an axe to Washington DC. What he didn't tell us was that Medicare, Social Security and Medicaid were on his axe-list. He voted for the Paul Ryan budget and now we are going to vote him out of the Wisconsin 7th Congressional District.
Sean has had so many blunders since he's taken office and that's even if you are not counting his votes. He claims he can't make it on his $174,000 salary.
Please watch the video we've made to see how we think he should make his next lumberjack commercials. Link to it as much as you can. We are aiming to get 5000 hits on this video so we can show up right next to Duffy's advertisements that he pays thousands of dollars for. Let's work on getting this Real Fake Repuglican out of office. -saw-

An Open Letter to National Conservative Groups from Wisconsin’s Liberal Bloggers

The Honorable Jim DeMint, junior Senator from the Great State of South Carolina
It is with great disappointment that we have learned of the efforts of some conservatives on the national level to try to dictate to Wisconsin conservatives their choice for the United States Senate seat being vacated by Democratic Senator Herb Kohl. This is a tremendous opportunity for Wisconsinites to elect a second conservative senator worthy of being able to self-fund a campaign (at least until the unseemly outside contributions can be tallied and repaid) and one that Wisconsin conservatives will take very, very, very, very seriously. This is not only a choice of ideology and of who looks best in a tri-corn hat while eating a cream puff, but one of character, charisma and compassion, and it is our responsibility to bring Mark Neumann’s lack of those attributes to your attention.
GOP bludgeons labor unions once again in Wausau Labor Day parade dispute
Making you work harderThe Marthon County Labor Council has blinked, saying it will now permit Republicans to particpate in Wausau's Labor Day parade.
According to the Wausau Herald, Labor Council President Randy Radtke sent an email late Tuesday saying everyone will be permitted to march in the parade, which is organized by the council. Radtke added, however:
So everyone can march on Labor Day in Wausau; will Republicans show up?
Much ado about nothing -- the refusal by Labor Day parade organizers in Wausau to allow Republican elected officials to march -- has resulted in a change, and now everyone can march, the Wausau Herald reports.
If they dare to show up.
Marathon County Labor Council President Randy Radtke said … “we don't want to have community groups and school bands affected. We didn't start this fight in Wisconsin, but were responding to anti-worker positions and policies supported by local Republican politicians, including those who have complained about not being invited. With the track records that Pam Galloway, Sean Duffy, Scott Walker, and Jerry Petrowski have all put together this year, they should be ashamed to even show their faces at a Labor Day parade."
Rep. Duffy -- the guy whose exclusion started all the hubbub -- wisely said he plans to attend a Labor Day celebration in Merrill on Monday instead of the Wausau event.
UPDATE: Duffy now says he's coming after all.
